Yellow House is the permanent space that houses the work of artist Federico Barrault: sculptures made of resin, fiberglass, and fabric that reference the folds of classical textiles, preserved forever in a material that does not age. It is housed in a building with its own history of deterioration and permanence, and the work is displayed in direct dialogue with the architecture — rather than in a conventional white-cube gallery setting. It serves as a space for contemplation and exploration of matter, time, and memory — designed to be experienced at a leisurely pace, rather than as a quick stop.
